By the early 2000s, he transitioned into the heavy equipment sector, but his career took an unexpected turn when he became a “Crash Test Dummy” for an emerging software platform, DATS. This hands-on role not only connected Andrew directly with customer challenges but deepened his understanding of their need for innovative solutions. Today, as Business Development Lead, Andrew’s the spark behind new conversations. He’s out connecting with future clients, lending a hand where he can to Marketing, nudging the sales team toward their next win, and keeping our Coaches busy turning new customers into power users. It's a dynamic, high-energy role, and Andrew wouldn’t have it any other way.
